Wehingen er en kommune i den nordlige del af Tuttlingen-distriktet i Baden-Württemberg og tilhører naturrummet Hohe Schwabenalb i Schwäbiske Alb. Sammen med nabobyen Gosheim fungerer Wehingen som et undercenter i den nordlige del af Tuttlingen-distriktet.
Wehingen ligger på den store Heuberg, den største del af Hohe Schwabenalb. I dette område når Schwäbische Alb sine højeste højder. Byens beliggenhed præges af sammenløbet af den vestlige flodarm af Bära, den såkaldte Untere Bära, og Mühlbach, hvilket betyder, at byen ligger i en højdefordybning. Wehingen betragtes sammen med Gosheim som et undercenter i Heuberg. Rottweil ligger 12 km vest for Wehingen, og distriktsbyen Tuttlingen ligger 18 km syd for Wehingen.
