Neusalza-Spremberg eller Sprembsch) er en saksisk landby i Landkreis Görlitz, 20 km syd for Bautzen og 26 km nordvest for Zittau, lige ved grænsen til Tjekkiet. Byen ligger i den sydøstlige del af Oberlausitzer Bergland. Byområdet strækker sig over et areal på omkring 23 km² i en gennemsnitlig højde af 325 m over havets overflade. I østgrænsen af byen ligger Spreepark, hvor Spree i millioner af år har dannet en skærve-dalen omkring den 340 m høje Sternberg. Mod syd og vest strækker store skovområder sig til den tjekkiske grænse, der her danner den såkaldte Fugauer Zipfel.
