Alsdorf er en bykommune i Landkreis Altenkirchen i Rheinland-Pfalz. Den tilhører Betzdorf-Gebhardshain kommuneforening.
Alsdorf ligger i den nordlige spids af Rheinland-Pfalz og dermed i de nordøstlige skråninger af Westerwald. Omgivet af skovrige høje er den indlejret i Heller-dalen, hvor Daade, som kommer fra syd, løber ind i landsbyen. Umiddelbart ved grænsen til kommunens område ligger „Imhäusertal“.
