Dahlem i Eifel er en kommune i Kreis Euskirchen. Den har det næstmindste indbyggertal og den laveste befolkningstæthed af alle kommuner i Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Dahlem ligger i Nord-Eifel i naturparken Hohes Venn-Eifel mellem Blankenheim i nordøst og den rheinland-pfälziske by Stadtkyll i sydvest. Mod syd grænser kommunen op til den rheinland-pfälziske samfundsforvaltning Gerolstein. Glaadtbach, en biflod til Kyll, flyder gennem Dahlem. I den østligt beliggende Ripsdorfer Skov ligger Heidenköpfe.
