Bornheim () er en mellemstor by, der er knyttet til kommunen i Rhein-Sieg-Kreis i den sydlige del af Nordrhein-Westfalen. På grund af sin centrale beliggenhed mellem Köln og Bonn er den en af de hurtigst voksende byer i regionen og er nu den tredje største by i Rhein-Sieg-Kreis. Gennem bydelene Waldorf, Kardorf, Merten og Walberberg gik engang Eifel-vandledningen, et romersk akvadukt, der på det tidspunkt forsynede det romerske Köln med drikkevand.
