Hüffertgymnasiet er et offentligt gymnasium i den østvestfalske by Warburg i distriktet Höxter i Nordrhein-Westfalen. Skolebygningen ligger i byområdet Hüffert og fik sit navn efter dette.
Historien om det nuværende Hüffertgymnasium, et gymnasium for drenge og piger, begyndte som en privatfinansieret mellemskole for piger. I midten af 1800-tallet iværksatte befolkningen i Warburg bestræbelser på at etablere en videregående skole for piger. Da staten ikke stillede midler til rådighed til dette, overtog en privat fond store dele af finansieringen. Skolen blev drevet af den katolske kvinderegel for de fattige skole søstre. På grund af den manglende økonomiske støtte fra staten måtte skolen lukke den 15. oktober 1881.
