Schloss Schwöbber er et tre-fløjet vand slot bygget i 1570'erne nær Königsförde tæt på Hameln i Niedersachsen. Det er en af de mest betydningsfulde bygninger fra Weserrenaissance og var engang berømt for sine haveanlæg.
Fra omkring år 1510 til 1919 tilhørte godset Schwöbber den nedersaksiske adelsfamilie Münchhausen, som også den berømte Lügenbaron stammer fra. I 1510 nævnes Stacius von Münchhausen, panthaver af Amt Burg Aerzen, samt hans brødre som lensmænd for St. Bonfatiusstiftet i Hameln med tre gårdsbrug i Schwöbber. Stacius' fjerde søn, Hilmar von Münchhausen, kongelig spansk oberst i tjeneste hos Philip II, blev som lejesoldatfører en af de rigeste mænd i sin tid. Han og hans sønner, Statius og Hilmar den Yngre, var blandt de store bygherrer af Weserrenaissance; som deres hovedværker opførte de foruden Schwöbber slottene Leitzkau, Bevern og Wendlinghausen.
