Michaelsberg, colloquially known as Michelsberg, is a 118.46 m high elevation in Siegburg in the North Rhine-Westphalia Rhein-Sieg-Kreis, which rises about 55 m above the city. With its former Abbey Michaelsberg in the summit region, it is the landmark of the city.
The Michaelsberg is located east to southeast of the Siegburg city center. From the market there, the Bergstraße leads up to a parking lot located northwest of the summit region and then continues to the former abbey. In the east, south, and west, the elevation belonging to the district of Siegburg is surrounded by the Siegburg Mühlengraben. In the public green space located south of the abbey buildings with the St. John's tower, there is a spot that is 115.4 m high. A small part of the Siegburg-Troisdorf-Saint Augustine landscape protection area is located on the elevation.
