Allner Søen er et vandløb i byen Hennef. Den ligger i en slynge af Sieg og er adskilt fra den nordøstligt beliggende bygd Allner ved A 560.
Den blev dannet mellem 1984 og 1986, da man brugte grus og sand til byggeriet af A 560. Derpå fulgte en re-natureringsfase, der varede indtil 1990. Siden da har søen været brugt som et rekreativt område for byen og den omliggende kommune.
