Byret Flensburg er en tysk domstol inden for den almindelige retspleje. Det er en af fire byretter i distriktet for Landretten Flensburg og en af 22 byretter i landet Schleswig-Holstein.
Som led i reformen af byretsstrukturen blev den nærliggende byret Kappeln opløst den 31. marts 2007. Fra distriktet for AG Kappeln blev områderne fra kommunerne Gelting og Steinbergkirche henlagt til distriktet for AG Flensburg.
