Det to-etagers bolig- og erhvervsbygning Schwelmer Straße 5 i Wuppertal-Langerfeld blev opført i 1874 ved den nye hovedvej, som blev bygget i 1832, som en kro for forbipasserende vognmænd. To jernstænger på facaden indikerer stadig den oprindelige brug til at binde heste. Faghuset er dækket med skifer og har et sadeltag.
