Benediktinerklosteret Sankt Matthias er et kloster i den tyske by Trier. Klosteret er udover at være et vigtigt religiøst monument også et pilgrimssted af stor betydning. Siden det 12. århundrede er her gravstedet for apostlen Matthias blevet ærbødiget, den eneste apostelgrav nord for Alperne. Den romanske kirke i klosteret fik i 1920 ærestitlen basilica minor.
