Erzbispedømmet Köln er et romersk-katolsk bispedømme i vestlige Nordrhein-Westfalen og det nordlige Rheinland-Pfalz. Det er et af de ældste og med omkring 2,06 millioner katolikker i bispedømmets område det største bispedømme i den tysktalende verden.
Erzbispedømmet Köln danner sammen med suffraganbispedømmerne Aachen, Essen, Limburg, Münster og Trier kirkeprovinsen Köln, hvis metropolitan er Kölner ærkebiskop. Katedralen er Kölnerdomen.
