Hovedbygningen på Schloss Kaarz tilhører kommunen Weitendorf i Amt Sternberger Seenlandschaft og udgør centrum for en godsejendom. Det ligger i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern mellem Schwerin og Güstrow. Slottet anvendes til turistformål og fungerer som hotel, café og restaurant.
Godset Kaarz blev grundlagt i det 17. århundrede. I 1796 modtog familien Weltzien det som pant og fra 1797 til 1814 arveligt. I 1816 købte Burchard Hartwig von Bülow godset. Efter hans død blev Eduard Wilhelm von Bülow ejer i 1849. Godset forblev i familien von Bülows besiddelse indtil 1869. I 1872 købte det den hamborgske reder og købmand Julius Hüniken. Han lod den nuværende hovedbygning opføre af arkitekterne Friedrich Saniter og Albrecht Becker og anlagde parken.
