Den evangelisk-lutherske Stads-kirke St. Wenzel på Marktpladsen i Naumburg er hovedkirken i byen uden for det åndelige distrikt af den tidligere domfrihed.
Som det mest markante kirke-bygningsværk og vartegn for Naumburgs rådhus, tilhører Wenzelskirken de mest betydningsfulde bygninger ved Saale. Den sene gotiske bygning fra 1426 fik sit vestportal i 1510/1520 og en barokindretning indeni i 1724.
