Lohr Slot, også kaldet Kurmainzer Slot, er en fredet slotsanlæg i den underfrankiske by Lohr am Main i Bayern.
Grundstenen til Lohr Slot, som første gang blev nævnt i dokumenter i 1389, blev lagt omkring 1340 af greve Gerhard V. von Rieneck i den nordvestlige del af den gamle bydel i Lohr am Main. Oprindeligt drejede det sig kun om et boligtårn efter flamsk forbillede, som siden slutningen af det 15. århundrede har været omgivet af en voldgrav og en mur. Direkte i nærheden stod der Bandhus, Forsthus, Remise og kælderbygninger.
