Slottet Buchenau ligger i Buchenau mellem Fulda og Bad Hersfeld og tilhører kommunen Eiterfeld.
Slottet blev bygget fra 1611 til 1618 af Georg Melchior von Buchenau og hans kone Agnes von Schwalbach i stil med Weserrenaissance. Det ældste bygning på slottsområdet er det såkaldte "Generalshaus", som blev bygget af Georg von Buchenau og hans kone Susanne von Mansbach i 1550. Desuden findes der på området forpagterhuset, hvor forpagteren, der var ansvarlig for forvaltningen af Buchenauer-skoven, boede, Berghaus, som blev bygget som internat i 1953, garagebygningen, den gamle landbrugsbygning, seminarhuset, et bagehus samt portbygningen.
