Bielstein er et 393 m derover NHN højt bjerg i Teutoburger Wald i Kreis Lippe i Nordrhein-Westfalen. Dets top er det højeste punkt i oplandet til Ems.
Bielstein tilhører Lippischen Wald, en sydøstlig del af Teutoburger Wald. Det rejser sig cirka 2,5 km sydvest for Hiddesen, en bydel af Detmold. Øst og nordøst for Bielstein ligger Heidental, der strækker sig i nord-sydlig retning, hvor Heidenbach flyder. På den anden side af denne dal rejser bjerget Grotenburg sig, hvor Hermannsdenkmal blandt andet står.
