Fagus-værket er en fabriksanlæg i den sydniedersaksiske småby Alfeld an der Leine og hjemsted for firmaerne Fagus-GreCon og Weinig Grecon. Værket blev designet i 1911 af arkitekten Walter Gropius og hans medarbejder Adolf Meyer og står som et af de første eksempler på moderne arkitektur under beskyttelse siden 1946. Siden juni 2011 tilhører hele fabriksanlægget UNESCOs verdensarv.
