Den tidligere evangeliske Johanneskirke er en fredet, profan kirke i Werl i den nordrhein-westfalske Kreis Soest i Tyskland.
De evangeliske kristne var i det 19. århundrede en minoritet i Werl. Menigheden brugte klosterkirken og kapellet på Gänsevöhde som simultankirke til deres gudstjenester. Dette førte dog til oprør blandt den katolske befolkning. Ved et tumult i klosterkirken blev det evangeliske kirkegrej stjålet og båret gennem byen.
