Det kejserlige værft Wilhelmshaven var et marinerværft i Wilhelmshaven. Det eksisterede fra 1871 til 1918 og var sammen med det kejserlige værft Kiel og det kejserlige værft Danzig et af tre værfter, der næsten udelukkende var aktive for den kejserlige marine. Dets opgaver var bygning, udstyr og vedligeholdelse af krigsskibe.
