Kloster Sankt Pauli er et tidligere dominikanerkloster i Brandenburg an der Havel i området Neustadt. I dag ligger det Arkæologiske Landsmuseum Brandenburg i dets indre.
Efter at de brandenburgske markgrever havde forladt den gamle borg på Dominsel Brandenburg, valgte Askanier et område i den sydvestlige del af Neustadt Brandenburg som sted for deres residens. Neustadt blev systematisk grundlagt og anlagt af de brandenburgske markgrever før 1196.
