Elbe-Lübeck-kanalen er en 61,55 km lang føderal vandvej af klasse III fra Lauenburg/Elbe ved Elbe-Km 569,23 til Lübeck i delstaten Schleswig-Holstein. Den udgør en forbindelse for indenrigs skibsfart mellem Elben og Østersøen. Det relevante organ er Vandvejs- og Skibsforvaltningskontoret i Lauenburg.
Forløberen for Elbe-Lübeck-kanalen er den historiske Stecknitzkanal, som blev bygget af Lübeckere fra 1391 til 1398 langs floderne Stecknitz og Delvenau. Deres gamle ruter er stadig synlige til venstre og højre for den nuværende Elbe-Lübeck-kanal. Denne kanal havde 17 sluser over en længde på 97 kilometer og var den første rigtige vandskelkanal i Europa. Af sluserne er Palmsluserne i Lauenburg og Dückersluserne ved Witzeeze stadig bevaret.
