Jettenhule er en gashule i naturbeskyttelsesområdet Gipskarstlandskab Hainholz nær Düna, som ikke kan besøges. Med sine over 600 meter lange gange, hvoraf cirka 160 meter kan tilgås, er den den største hule i Hainholz-området. Dens indgang ligger i kanten af et stort jordfald i et skovklædt og intensivt forkarstet landskab.
Hulen ligger i naturbeskyttelsesområdet Gipskarstlandskab Hainholz, som udgør en repræsentativ del af gipskarstlandskabet i Sydharzen. Der findes på et begrænset område de typiske former for et karstlandskab, såsom jordfald, doliner, bækudtræk og en række huler. En anden større hule i Hainholz er Marthahulen.
