Villa Kampffmeyer i Potsdam er en repræsentativ bevaringsværdig bygning i umiddelbar nærhed af Glienicker Brücke.
Huset blev bygget i 1924 for mølleejeren Kurt Kampffmeyer. Kampffmeyer var indtil slutningen af krigen den største mølleejer i Tyskland. Villaen lå oprindeligt alene i en stor park på Glienicker Horn nær Glienicker Brücke. Den omhyggeligt udformede villa med rokoko- og barokelementer er i traditionel stil og har 15 værelser med cirka 1000 m² boligareal. Arkitekterne var Carl Mohr og Paul Weidner. Byggeriet blev udført af det berlinske byggefirma Adolf & Friedrich Bolle. Villaen er i dag fredet og tilhører UNESCOs verdensarv Potsdam.
