Lutterkilden eller Lutterspring er en stor karstkilde i Niedersachsen på højlandet i Elm. Herfra udspringer Lutter, som senere løber ud i Schunter. Kilden ligger i en dal ved landevejen 290 nær Königslutter i Landkreis Helmstedt.
Lutterkilderne har en daglig gennemstrømning på gennemsnitligt 230 l i sekundet og er dermed blandt de stærkeste kilder i Nordtyskland sammen med Rhume-kilden.
