Den katolske kirke St. Jakobus, den Ældre, ligger i kommunen Uder i Eichsfeld-distriktet i Thüringen.
Kirken blev bygget i 1910 på grunden af to tidligere bygninger fra det 12. og 17. århundrede. Kirkebøgerne angiver, at urkirken næsten lå på samme sted. I begyndelsen af det 17. århundrede var bygningstilstanden for urkirken så dårlig, at der i 1608 blev foretaget en komplet ombygning. I ydre byggestil lignede den den nuværende kirke. I 1720 blev hovedportalen renoveret, og i 1752 blev en ny højaltar installeret. I 1895 blev der anskaffet en ny orgel.
