Annakapellet i Gymnich, en bydel af Erftstadt, er en lille murstenskapel, der ligger uden for byen ved Kohlstraße og er dedikeret til Moder Maria, den hellige Anna. Den nuværende bygning blev opført i 1880 og er fredet. Den går dog tilbage til en bygning, der sandsynligvis allerede stod på dette sted i det 16. århundrede. I Gymnichs folkemunde kaldes kapellet ofte blot "Hellije Hüsje". Børnene fik at vide, at de små børn kommer fra denne kapel.
