Ratinger Hof var en kunstnerbar i 1970'erne og tidlige 1980'erne og et samlingspunkt for undergroundkulturen i Tyskland. Ratinger Hof betragtes ofte som fødestedet for den tyske punk. Baren lå i Düsseldorfs gamle bydel på Ratinger Straße nr. 10.
I Ratinger Hof, der indtil slutningen af 1975 var en hyggeligt indrettet bar med stjerneskyer i loftet, tæppebelagte borde og musikmaskine, mødtes både psychedelicere fra Creamcheese, punkmiljøet samt rockere og enkelte mods fra Düsseldorf-området. Fra 1974 til 1979 var Carmen Knoebel og Ingrid Kohlhöfer ejerne.
