Jagtslottet Fürstenwalde er en barokbygning i byen Fürstenwalde/Spree. Slottet, der ligger nær Spree, blev bygget for kong Friedrich I. af Preussen.
Friedrich I. fik slottet opført mellem 1699 og 1700 af den daværende hofbygmester Martin Grünberg. Han var også ansvarlig for ombygningen af jagtslottet Grunewald. Udover selve slottet blev der også anlagt forskellige sidebygninger som et fiskerhus, en allé, en karpepark og en lysthave. Det skulle bruges til jagter og som udgangspunkt for besøg på godserne i Golzow.
