Heinersdorfer Sø ligger omkring 40 kilometer øst for Berlin nær B5 i Heinersdorf, en bydel i Steinhöfel kommune i Brandenburg. Den er opdelt af en vejdam i den Lille Heinersdorfer Sø og den Store Heinersdorfer Sø. Den samlede overflade af begge søer er cirka 80 hektar.
Vandene blev dannet i Weichselisens tidsalder og repræsenterer rester af et tidligere større vandbassiner. Det er eutrope søer uden direkte tilførsel. Geologisk set tilhører de den naturrummæssige hovedenhed Østbrandenburgiske Plade.
