Domkirken i Magdeburg er prædikekirke for landbiskoppen i den Evangeliske Kirke i Midttyskland, evangelisk sognekirke og samtidig byens vartegn.
Domkirken er den første, der fra starten blev konstrueret som en gotisk bygning og den tidligst færdigbyggede gotiske katedral i Tyskland. Den blev bygget fra 1207 eller 1209 som katedral for ærkebispedømmet Magdeburg og blev indviet i 1363.
Domkirken er gravkirke for Otto den Store.
