Treene ; for navngivning se Treia) er en nordlig og orografisk højre biflod til Eider i delstaten Schleswig i delstaten Schleswig-Holstein. Treene tilhører dermed flodbassinheden Eider.
Oberlaugen af Treene op til weichselkoldtidens isrand ved Oeversee opstod for ca. 14.000 år siden i takt med tilbagetrækningen af de weichselkoldtidige gletsjere gennem afstrømning af smeltevand. En subglacial forlægning under isen er sandsynlig. Oberlaugen af Treene, der i vid udstrækning følger en øst-vest-løbretning, tilhører dermed Schleswig-Holsteins bakkeområde. Ved den østlige kant af Schleswig Geest ændrer løberetningen sig mod syd. Her træder Treene ud på den weichseliske sander, hvorfor dens middel- og underløb anses for at være geologisk ældre og sandsynligvis som højgletsjal.
