Zwönitz eller Zwönitzbach er den 39 km lange, østlige kildeflod til Chemnitz i Sachsen, Tyskland.
Floden udspringer i Erzgebirge, ved sydvestskråningen af Geyerschen Platte mellem Schatzenstein og de Øvre Kutten. Dens hovedkilder ligger 640 til 660 m. ü. NN. mellem byerne Zwönitz og Elterlein. På nordskrænterne af Schwarzen Steine og ved den vestlige kant af Geyerschen Wald strækker mindre kildearme sig endnu højere, maksimalt op til 730 m. En i sten indfattet Zwönitzkilde ligger syd for lokaliteten Burgstädtel. Den 39,2 km lange Zwönitz løber mod nord gennem byerne Zwönitz og Thalheim, indtil den i Chemnitz bydel Altchemnitz sammenløber med Würschnitz og derfra danner floden Chemnitz.
