Götzingerhøj eller også fejlagtigt Götzinger Højde er en udsigtspunkt med tårn og restaurant syd for Neustadt i Sachsen på 425 m o.h. Den er et populært udflugtsmål for Neustädtere. Man når den fra etagebyggerområdet Bruno-Dietze-Ring via promenadestien, hvor der er et picnicområde med en lille Kneipp-anlæg.
De tidligste optegnelser omtaler bjerget efter ydmygelsen, der fandt sted der, som Galgebjerget. Fra den Syvårige Krig og frem til omkring 1880 var betegnelsen Achtlindenberg almindelig på grund af det lindetræsrondel, der var blevet plantet på toppen i denne tid.
