St. Georg er den evangelisk-lutherske Sognkirke i midten af byen Nördlingen. Den sene gotiske kirke, som blev bygget fra 1427 til 1505, med sit vidt synlige tårn, Daniel, udgør byens vartegn.
Byrådet i Nördlingen besluttede at bygge Georgskirken den 17. oktober 1427. Koret i hallkirken blev færdiggjort i 1451, og i 1454 begyndte byggeriet af tårnet. Højalteret af Friedrich Herlin blev færdigt i 1462, tårnet i 1490. Med færdiggørelsen af hvælvet i 1505 var byggeriet, som for det meste består af suevit, afsluttet. Fordi Nördlingen under Kaspar Kantz sluttede sig til reformationen, blev St. Georg i årene 1523/1525 til den evangeliske bykirke.
