Schongau Station er stationen i den oberbayerske by Schongau. I gennemgangsstationen krydser jernbanestrækningen Landsberg am Lech–Schongau over strækningen Schongau–Peißenberg. Desuden var Schongau Station endestation for en nu nedlagt jernbanestrækning fra Kaufbeuren. Stationen har tre spor på to mellemsidespor. Den tilhører DB Stations&Service kategori 5 og betjenes dagligt af cirka 20 regionaltog fra Bayerische Regiobahn.
Schongau Station blev indviet i 1886 af de kongeligt bayerske statsjernbaner som endestation for strækningen fra Landsberg am Lech. Med åbningen af strækningen til Peißenberg i 1917 blev stationen til en gennemgangsstation, og efter færdiggørelsen af jernbanestrækningen fra Kaufbeuren i 1923 blev den til en splitsningsstation. I 1972 stoppede Deutsche Bundesbahn persontransporten til Kaufbeuren, mens godstrafikken på strækningen til Altenstadt var mulig indtil 1992. Dette blev efterfulgt af indstillingen af persontransporten fra Landsberg til Schongau i 1984. Fra 1921 til 1984 eksisterede der et jernbanedriftværk i Schongau med en 12-sporet ringlokomotivhal.
