Bispedømmet Speyer er en diözese i den romersk-katolske kirke. Det dækker det sydlige delstat Rheinland-Pfalz, hvor det omfatter hele Pfalz - inden for grænserne før reformen i 1969 - samt Saarpfalz-kredsen, de østlige bydele Osterbrücken, Hoof, Niederkirchen, Bubach, Marth og Saal i kredsbyen St. Wendel og de Saarbrücker bydele Eschringen og Ensheim i øst for Saarland. Bispedømmet omfatter således Pfalz inden for grænserne fra før 1920.
Biskopsædet ligger i den pfalziske by Speyer ved rhinen. Bispedømmet Speyer er suffraganbispedømmet i ærkebispedømmet Bamberg, biskoppen af Speyer er medlem af biskopkonferencen i Freising.
