Banfe er en bydel i Bad Laasphe i den nordrhein-westfaliske kommune Siegen-Wittgenstein. Til stedet hører bosættelserne Heiligenborn og Lindenfeld.
Banfe ligger i det sydlige Wittgensteiner Land, cirka 4,5 km vest-sydvest for centrum af Bad Laasphe. Nabobyerne er, fra nord begyndende med uret: Herbertshausen, Laaspherhütte, Bad Laasphe, Hesselbach og Bernshausen. Landsbyen er i øst omgivet af Wartholz-, Katzen- og Hasenkopf, i sydøst af den Lille og Store Ahlertsberg samt i vest af Inthalberg. I byens centrum munder først Auerbach og derefter Godelsbach ud i Banfe.
