Ottoberg er en østlig forbjerg til Weberbjerget i Zittauer Gebirge. Den ubebygede klippetop ligger i Waltersdorf i kommunen Großschönau.
Ottoberg ligger sydvest for Waltersdorf mellem dalene af Pfarrbach og Kohlflössels, som begge har deres udspring i det vestlig liggende kildeområde ved Weberborn. Nordøst forstår er Sängerhöhe. Mod øst falder bjerget ned mod dalen af Waltersdorfer Dorfbach. Øst for rejser Butterberg sig, i sydøst Sonneberg, syd Lausche og i sydvest Dreiecker.
