Nonnenberget er et delvist skovklædt bjerg mellem Bad Tabarz og Waltershausen, bydelen Fischbach i Landkreis Gotha.
Med en højde på 439,7 m o.h. danner Nonnenberget den østlige grænse for Emsetalen i kommuneområdet. Den østlige top er på kortene indtegnet som „Wachkuppe“ og har en højde på 475,9 m o.h. Under navnet Nonnenberg var også en umiddelbart nordøstligt beliggende husrække, der grænsede op til byens område Cabarz, og som sandsynligvis blev dannet i forbindelse med den store brand i Tabarz i 1821, som midlertidigt fik sin politiske selvstændighed, men allerede i 1866 blev en del af kommunen Cabarz.
