Rottmersleben er en by i enhedskommunen Hohe Börde i Landkreis Börde i Sachsen-Anhalt.
Groß-Rottmersleben blev første gang nævnt i år 964 som Retmersleve i et gavebrev fra markgreven Gero, da han gav 20 huf land til klosteret Gernrode. I klosteret Wirdens regnskab i 10./11. århundrede nævnes Rottmersleben som Radmaresluuu. Navnebestanddelen Rottmer- stammer fra personnavnet Radmar eller Redmer, og endelsen -leben betyder: „Arv, efterladenskab“.
