Isenbruch er en landsby i den tyske kommune Selfkant, nær grænsen til den hollandske by Nieuwstadt og Sittard. Isenbruch har cirka 300 indbyggere. Isenbruch har også spillet en rolle i den hollandske historie. Det sidste gælder for regionen og kommunen, som det er en del af. Isenbruch ligger ved den vestligste punkt af Tyskland; det ligger lige lidt vestligere end Millen, som er den vestligste kirkelandsby.
