Uhlberg er en 604,7 meter høj bjerghøj vest for byen Treuchtlingen i den midtfrankiske kommune Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen.
Bjerget ligger ca. 7 kilometer sydvest for Treuchtlingen, nær kommunegrænsen til Wolferstadt og omkring 700 m fra byen Siebeneichhöfe. Det er en nærliggende top til den mindre kendte Hirschbuck, som ligger knap en kilometer mod vest. Bjergmassivet med de to toppe ligger i den sydlige Hahnenkamm og er dækket af et udstrakt skovområde. Mod øst ligger Hausberg og Kühberg.
