Det tidligere Sophienheilstätte for tuberkulosepatienter i München var et tidligere lungeheilstätte ved Bad Berka i Thüringen. Den idyllisk beliggende bygning i skoven blev opført i 1898 og har stået tom siden 1994.
Klinikken blev grundlagt den 14. oktober 1898 med støtte fra huset Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach i et skovområde ovenfor München, som i dag er en del af Bad Berka. Den blev opkaldt efter den kort tid før afdøde storhertuginde Sophie af Oranien-Nassau. Huset fungerede først som en kuranstalt til behandling af tuberkulosepatienter. Indtil 1911 steg antallet af senge til 200. Fra 1924 begyndte omdannelsen af kuranstalten til en klinisk anstalt for at kunne anvende nye behandlingsmetoder og tilsvarende operationer for lungesyge. Til dette blev der oprettet nye behandlingsrum, bygget laboratorier og anskaffet røntgenapparater.
