Dorfkirken i Osternienburg er den evangeliske kirke i Osternienburg i den fælles kommune Osternienburger Land i Landkreis Anhalt-Bitterfeld i Sachsen-Anhalt. Kirkebygningen er beskyttet som en monument og er registreret i bygningsregistret med registreringsnummer 094 09996 som et bygningsmonument. Kirken tilhører pastoratet Osternienburg i Köthen kirkeområde i den evangeliske landeskirke Anhalt.
På en lille forhøjning i byens centrum, hvor også en af landsbyens damme og den gamle kirkegård ligger. Dennebakke omkranses af Walter-Rathenau-Straße og Schulstraße.
