Kantonen Pollitz var en forvaltningsenhed i Kongeriget Westfalen. Den eksisterede fra 1807 til opløsningen af kongeriget i 1813 og hørte i henhold til forvaltningsinddelingen først til distrikterne Salzwedel i departementet Elbe. I 1810 blev distrikterne Salzwedel opløst i departementet Elbe. Kanton Pollitz blev tildelt distrikterne Stendal. Kantonens hovedby var Pollitz, en bydel i kommunen Aland i Stendal kommune.
Med oprettelsen af Kongeriget Westfalen ved dekret af 18. august 1807 blev der allerede i 1807 gennemført en forvaltningsreform i de tidligere preussiske områder Altmark og hertugdømmet Magdeburg, som blev gennemført indtil den formelle konstitution af kongeriget Westfalen den 1. december 1807. Altmark og hertugdømmet Magdeburg samt mindre saksiske områder dannede det nyoprettede departement Elbe, som var opdelt i fire distrikter. Distriktet Salzwedel bestod af 15 kantoner, herunder kantonen Pollitz. Kanton Pollitz omfattede:
