Kloster Marienthal var fra 1291 til 1539 et kloster for cistercienserinder i Eckartsberga i Sachsen-Anhalt. Det må ikke forveksles med talrige klostre med samme navn.
Bruno von Langenbogen, biskop af Naumburg, grundlagde i 1291 nonneklosteret Marienthal nær byen Eckartsberga. I 1525 forlod cistercienserinderne klosteret. I 1535 blev det kun beboet af en nonne og blev officielt nedlagt i 1539. Ejendommene forfaldt under hænderne på flere ejere. Klosteret blev revet ned af familien Münchhausen. I umiddelbar nærhed blev Marienthal Slot bygget i 1730.
