Byretten i Geesthacht var en tysk domstol under den almindelige retspleje i delstaten Schleswig-Holstein i distriktet ved Landretten Lübeck. Det blev oprettet i 1957 sammen med byretten i Wedel. Domstolen blev ophævet i 2007.
Domstolen blev ophævet i forbindelse med reformen af byretsstrukturen sammen med byretten i Kappeln pr. 1. april 2007. Alle byer og kommuner overgik herved til distriktet ved byretten i Schwarzenbek.
