Ehlen er en bydel i Habichtswald kommune i Kassel-distriktet i Nordhessen. Den har 2739 indbyggere.
Ehlen ligger i Habichtswald Naturpark cirka 13,5 kilometer vest for Kassel centrum mellem Zierenberg by i nord-nordvest, Habichtswald bydelen Dörnberg i nordøst, Breitenbach i syd, Martinhagen i syd-sydvest og Burghasungen i vest. Nordøst for den beliggende landsby, der ligger i en højde af cirka 320 til 375 m over NHN, hæver den Hohe Dörnberg sig; sydøst for ligger Essigberg, vest for Burghasunger Berg og nordvest for den Store Bärenberg. Umiddelbart vest for Ehlen løber Warme i syd-nord-retning. Mellem Burghasungen og Dörnberg fører Bundesstraße 251; denne krydser i landsbyen Landesstraße 3220.
